The Vision
To eliminate supply chain blackout spots, Astra required profound visibility. We architected a highly resilient AWS serverless data lake ingestion pipeline that transforms chaotic IoT cargo data into clean, actionable predictive dashboards.
The Hurdle
Handling millions of erratic IoT signals sent simultaneously globally resulted in huge write bottlenecks on traditional structured databases.
The Architecture
Switched to a purely decoupled serverless streaming model using Kinesis buffering data directly into an elastic data warehouse layer (Snowflake), decoupling ingestion from visualization entirely.
