Senior Full Stack Engineer

About This Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our core product team. You will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications that serve enterprise clients across multiple industries. You will collaborate with product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers to deliver high-quality software in rapid iteration cycles.

What You'll Do

• Architect and implement full stack features across frontend (Next.js/React) and backend (Node.js/Python) layers
• Lead technical design reviews and set engineering standards for the team
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability at enterprise scale
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct thorough code reviews
• Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and cloud services
• Maintain comprehensive test coverage and CI/CD pipelines

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of professional full stack development experience
• Expert-level proficiency in React or Next.js and Node.js
• Strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Solid understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles
• Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Nice to Have

• Experience with TypeScript at scale
• Familiarity with microservices architecture
• Open source contributions
• Prior experience in a SaaS product company
